Welcome to Sustainable Living Over the Bridge!

The Lindisfarne Community Garden Group has a new name!  It will now be known as Sustainable Living Over the Bridge.

Our group remains committed to a community garden at Lindisfarne, still believes that Beltana Park (pictured above) is the best location and has now started a sticker campaign to persuade Clarence Aldermen that many Lindisfarne residents share this belief.

However, the focus of the new group is wider, both in terms of issues and suburban area it aims to cover.

Anyone interested in vegie gardens and how people can share their vegie-growing skills, their produce and joy in having a food-producing backyard is invited to a food-garden meeting to discuss how we can work together in a food-garden network.  For more information see the announcement below.
